Receive Text Messages

Receive messages from your organization through text messages on your phone in addition to emails.
You are only able to receive text messages at the one mobile phone number on your account settings page.

Step 1: Go to your Dashboard and log in.
Step 2: Click Add Mobile Phone if your phone number is not already there.
Step 3: Enter your phone number and click Submit.
Step 4: Check your phone for the validation code.
Step 5: Enter the validation code and click Submit.
Step 6: Check the box with your phone number under Notification Settings. 
 

Create a SportsEngine Account

Accounts may be created through your Google account, or your email address.**If you are a parent and registered your child, you created an account during registration, please log in with that email address. 

To create a Sports Engine account through Google:

NOTE: You will need to log in with your Google Account going forward.

1. Go to your organization’s home page.
2. In the upper left-hand corner of the screen, click Create an Account.
3. Click Sign up with Google.
4. You will be prompted to approve the use of Google to create your Sports Engine account.
5. Click Approve. You will then be given access to your Sports Engine Account.

To create your account using your email address:

1. Go to your organization’s home page.
2. In the upper left hand corner of your screen, click either Create an Account or Login.
3. Fill out the form as required.
4. When finished, click Create Account.

To complete the account creation process, you must verify your email address. To do this:

1. Log in to your email address’ mailbox.
2. Locate the activation email. If you do not receive it within 5 minutes, be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
3. Click on the activation link.

Add a Guardian from Your Account

To add a guardian you must be the owner of the SportsEngine account that registered the athlete. Here's how:

1. Go to your account profiles page and log in.
2. Select a Profile.
3. Find the Guardians box and click +.
4. Enter the email address of the new guardian.
5. Select the athlete profiles that the guardian should be able to manage.
6. Click Send Invitation.

The invited guardian will appear on the Guardians tab as Pending until they accept their invite. You can resend a guardian invite at any time by tapping Resend next to the guardians name. You will receive an email when the guardian has accepted the invite.

Add a Guardian from the Mobile App

To add a guardian you must be the owner of the SportsEngine account that registered the athlete. Here's how:
 

1. Log in to the SportsEngine mobile app
2. Tap Account from the bottom menu
3. Select the athletes that the person will be a guardian for
4. Tap the Guardians tab
5. Tap the plus sign (+) or Add Guardians
6. Enter the new guardian's Email Address
7. Tap the Checkmark to send an invite to the guardian

The invited guardian will appear on the Guardians tab as Pending until they accept their invite. You can resend a guardian invite at any time by tapping Resend next to the guardians name. You will receive an email when the guardian has accepted the invite.

If your child's team isn't pulling into the app for you, please navigate to the team page by going to the top menu and selecting the team. Once on the team page, a mobile app ID # is listed at the top (see photo below). 
Once you have the mobile app ID #, open up the SportsEngine app, tap teams at the bottom, then search icon in top right, enter mobile ID # for team and once it loads, click the star to favorite.
